Working with and giving advice to Hong Kong building managers and management agent in relation to real estate management matters in light of provisions under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344) as well as the relevant Deed of Mutual Covenants (DMC) and Management Agreement. Matters advised by us include :

  • appointment of manager and termination of appointment;
  • carrying out of renovation works;
  • convening of owners' meetings;
  • exercise of manager's powers and duties under DMC;
  • formation of owners' committee and owners' corporation;
  • liability of maintenance;
  • payment of management expenses; and
  • ownership and maintenance of external walls, preparation of budgets and accounts, meetings of owners and owners' committees.
