ONC Lawyers has advised Qingdao Gon Technology Co., Ltd. (HKEx Stock Code: 2768) on its global offering and listing of H shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Qingdao Gon Technology Co., Ltd. had a market capitalisation of approximately HK$12.6 billion based on the closing price on the listing date. Qingdao Gon Technology Co., Ltd. is also listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with stock code 2768.
Qingdao Gon Technology Co., Ltd. is a PRC-based supplier of new chemical materials and upstream and downstream products derived from gelatin and collagen, serving the chemical industry and the health and wellness industry.
