Experience
John’s practice is focused on assisting individuals and their families on their personal and private matters. He is one of the members who built up our private client and matrimonial practice. John’s experience and skillset comprise of (1) succession and estate planning for a wide range of clients (including drafting and creating numerous types of different wills, EPOAs, prenuptial agreements and trusts) and (2) seeking relief from Court on high-conflict family disputes on a wide range of probate, administration and matrimonial issues. John also handles applications and proceedings under Part II of the Mental Health Ordinance (Cap. 136).
John obtained distinction in STEP Advanced Certificate in Trusts: Law & Practice (International) and in STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising the Family Business.
Prior to joining ONC Lawyers, John trained and qualified at a top-ranked private client practice assisting and advising on an extensive range of individuals from all walks of life, often involving substantial assets in multiple jurisdictions and high net worth families
