Experience

John Li advises and assists individuals and their families on their personal and private matters. His experience and skillset comprise of succession and estate planning for a wide range of clients to seek relief from Court on high-conflict family disputes on probate, administration and matrimonial matters. These include applications for grant of representation, estate administration matters, and removal and replacement of personal representative(s). John advises high net-worth families on estate planning and the preparation of trusts, wills, and prenuptial agreements. Additionally, John has solid experience in divorce and separation cases, including obtaining ancillary relief and resolving disputes concerning custody and access to children. John also handles MIP Committee applications.

Prior to joining ONC Lawyers, John trained and qualified at a top-ranked private client practice assisting and advising on an extensive range of individuals from all walks of life, often involving substantial assets in multiple jurisdictions and high net worth families.
