Being a Caring Company for more than 15 years and a Family-Friendly Employer since 2013/14, ONC Lawyers organises various leisure activities for our staff in order to enhance their well-being and to foster better rapport among colleagues. These activities include weekly squash sessions, quarterly ice-cream days, other activities such as hiking, badminton, wine-tasting and cooking class, etc., as well as retreats respectively for fee earners and all staff, which are currently suspended but will resume once the pandemic is over. Through these activities, we hope colleagues have the chance to relax and to create stronger team spirit among themselves.
