Experience

Before joining the legal profession, Yongjing Wang worked in a finance related position in a reputable bank in Mainland China. Since 1999, Yongjing has worked in established domestic law firms in various positions including associate, partner, senior partner and director. From 2010 to 2015, he was also vice-president of a company listed on the main board of the NYSE.

Yongjing’s major practice areas include corporate and commercial, tax and taxation law, real estate and legal affairs and dispute resolution in construction projects.

Yongjing also obtained professional qualifications including Certified Tax Agent, Certified Asset Appraiser, Real Estate Appraiser and Certified Consulting Engineer (Investment) in China, and Public Accountant in Australia.
