Experience

Wai-Sum joined ONC Lawyers as a trainee solicitor in 2005.  Her training covered different practice areas of our firm with a focus on commercial litigation, in particular, shareholders’ disputes, companies’ winding-up and insolvency.  Cases handled by Wai-Sum include cross-border litigation and complex commercial disputes.

Before joining the legal profession, Wai-Sum was a strategy consultant at a media and telecommunications consultancy in London and previously worked for a US investment bank with postings based in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.  She brings to her legal career her varied experience and education background.
