Surendra Chandrawat is an Indian qualified lawyer with over 15 years of extensive experience, focusing on general corporate, commercial, M&A, restructuring, compliance, arbitration and litigation support.

Surendra’s practice is mainly arbitration, banking & finance, corporate & M&A, employment, privacy & discrimination, family office & private clients, family & matrimonial, insolvency & restructuring, litigation & dispute resolution, real estate, regulatory & compliance, shipping & logistics, wills, probate & trusts.

Surendra is active in corporate restructuring and business set up, with experience in several jurisdictions worldwide. He also provides professional directorship and shareholder services to domestic and international clients.

Surendra is currently a managing partner at Chandrawat & Partners. He is involved in a wide range of local and cross-border transactions.
