Experience

Shirley Choi advises a large number of funds, asset managers, fund administrators and other service providers in Asia on the formation and structuring of investment funds in the Cayman Islands, including hedge funds and private equity funds. She also has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings (IPO), mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, private equity investments, formation of joint ventures, and general regulatory compliance for Hong Kong listed companies.
