Experience

Salina Luk specialises in corporate and commercial areas. She has extensive and solid experience in advising both private clients and listed companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, corporate compliance as well as other general corporate and commercial and company secretarial matters.

Salina is also involved in our corporate finance practice and has supervised our takeovers, pre-IPO investments, placings and IPO projects.

Besides, Salina has also assisted private companies and financial institutions in applying licenses for various other types of regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and rendered legal advices to them on ongoing legal and regulatory compliance.
