Experience
Peggy Liu commenced her legal practice with an international law firm. In 1992, she founded her own law firm and remained as the Managing Partner. After merging her legal practice with a reputable Hong Kong law firm for over 9 years, she joined ONC Lawyers in 2013.
Peggy specialises in banking, project finance and landed securities. She has expanded her practices in China, advising on joint venture projects and land transactions in cities like Shenzhen, and Guangzhou as well as handling cross-border litigation in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong.
Peggy is active in public services. She serves both the Investigation
Panel and the Disciplinary Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountants. She sits on the Leadership and Public Policy Advisory Committee
run by the HKUST to deal with all the current public policy issues. In 2012,
she was invited by the Global Summit of Women in Washington to be a speaker in
the “Legacies of Women Forum”. Peggy was appointed as one of “The Ten
Outstanding Persons” elected by the Junior Chamber International Hong Kong.
