Before joining ONC Lawyers, Jasper Yao had worked in a renowned law firm in Shanghai. Jasper has successfully handled many cases in the fields of capital markets, company equity, and banking and finance. He has assisted a number of companies in successfully issuing foreign bonds and also participated in various domestic investment and merger projects, covering a wide range of industries including online medical care, medical and comprehensive health, and investment in and distribution of film and television projects, etc. He also provides professional and multi-faceted PRC legal advisory retainer services in for numerous corporate clients.
