Experience

Before joining ONC Lawyers, Irene Chen had worked in several renowned law firms in Shanghai. Irene’s major practice areas include cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and liquidation, private equity funds, cybersecurity and data protection. She also provides legal advice on China-related affairs in capital market business.

Irene is currently a partner of FDDH Law Firm (Jiangsu) and a director of the Foreign Legal Affairs Research Committee of FDDH Law Firm.
