Experience

Prior to joining ONC Lawyers, Hongli Liu had been working in the legal and financial sectors with extensive experience. In 2000, she participated in the establishment of D&S Law Firm, a professional firm providing services in various fields including commercial legal services, financial services and investment banking services. She also founded the Guangzhou Assets Management Association and the Guangzhou High-end Service Industry Promotion Association and served as the chairperson thereof. 

Ms Liu has been a commercial lawyer since 1998. Under her leadership, her team had served numerous reputable companies, having handled more than 1,000 disputes of various types and led over 100 large-scale M&A projects. She was the person-in-charge of the Investment Banking Centre of D&S, where she had overseen a number of sizeable assets disposal and corporate M&A projects, disposal and recovery of asset packages, and participated in the revitalization of numerous unfinished property developments.

Ms Liu serves many public positions. In addition to being a member of the Guangzhou CPPCC and an executive member of the Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, she also serves as a mediator and arbitrator in various mediation institutions. Her achievements are even mentioned in a commemorative anthology of the Guangzhou CPPCC. As a member of the Guangzhou CPPCC, Ms Liu has made many influential proposals, hosted forums, appeared in recorded programmes and delivered keynote speeches, establishing prestigious reputation in the industry.

Ms Liu is currently a Senior Partner of D&S Law Firm.
