Experience

Felix Tin graduated from the University of Hong Kong with an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and had worked in the manufacturing and IT field for many years. After joining ONC Lawyers in 2007, he has gained substantial experience in various practice areas, including cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration, insolvency and restructuring, intellectual property, trust and immigration matters.

Felix is mostly involved in cases concerning PRC corporations and high net worth individuals. He has also been admitted as a China-Appointed Attesting Officer.
