Bobo has over 20 years of experience in the corporate services industry. Her practice focuses on corporate services, corporate governance, corporate administration and regulatory compliance.  She specializes in company registrations, restructuring, dissolution and regulatory compliance.

Before joining ONC Lawyers, she worked in several local and international law firms as well as professional firms providing corporate services.
