ONC Lawyers attended the Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA) Annual Conference 2021, which was held on 4 December 2021 in both in-person and online modes. The theme this year was “SPAC, ESG and Green Finance”.

Our Managing Partner Mr Sherman Yan delivered a keynote speech on “SPAC: Risks and Regulatory Concerns”. He and our Senior Associate Mr Maxwell Chan also participated as panelists in expert panel discussions on “SPAC: An Alternate Route to Go Public” and “Corporate Sustainability in the New Era of Green Finance”, respectively.
