On 11 June 2024, ONC Lawyers, Red Sun Capital Limited, PR Asia Consultants Limited and Uni-1 Corporate Services Limited jointly held a seminar on the topic “Crisis Management:  Shareholders’ Activism and Challenges in Meetings”.
