On 27 February 2025, our Senior Partner Mr Ludwig Ng and our Partners Mr Henry Yip, Ms Angel Wong, Mr Dominic Wai along with other colleagues paid a courtesy visit to Walkers (Hong Kong). We were warmly welcomed by their Partners Mr Tom Pugh, Ms Victoria Raymond, Mr John Crook, Mr Brett Basdeo and Mr Robert Gregory, as well as their colleagues with a nice lunch. They then shared their insights with us on the topic "Shareholders Disputes in Offshore Jurisdictions”.
