With honour, we are pleased to announce that ONC Lawyers is awarded “Family-Friendly Employers 2017/18” and “Special Mention (Gold)” by the Family Council.  The latter is a recognition for having received the award thrice since the 2011 Award Scheme. The award presentation ceremony was held on 8 December 2018 at the Hong Kong Disneyland and the complimentary tickets provided to us have been distributed to our colleagues by lucky draw.

The Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme is jointly organised by the Home Affairs Bureau and the Family Council to raise awareness of the employers of the importance of family core values, to foster a pro-family culture and environment, to give recognition to employers who attach importance to a family-friendly spirit and to encourage them to implement family-friendly employment practices.

With this award, we are minded to continue to implement family-friendly practices to create a conducive working environment for both employer and employees.
