On 28 April 2020, ONC Lawyers and The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA) co-organised a webinar on “Investigative Powers of the SFC – What INEDs Need to Know?”

The webinar was given by our Partner, Mr Dominic Wai, and Currently, Deputy President of the HKiNEDA, Dr Lawrence Wong, on various topics including the main investigative powers of the SFC; what is a dawn raid and how to deal with it; legal professional privilege; measures to prevent the triggering of an investigation; and developments of the SFC. The webinar was well-received by 60 people.
