ONC Lawyers has advised Caitong International Capital Co., Limited, the sole sponsor to Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 2530) on its global offering and listing of shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited has a market capitalisation of HK$800 million at the time of the listing based on 1,000,000,000 shares in issue and an offer price of HK$0.80 per share.

Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited is principally engaged in the marketing, sales and distribution of finished nutritional products in the PRC. It sold nutritional products under its proprietary brands, namely ‘‘紐曼思’’ and ‘‘紐曼斯’’ (in English, ‘‘Nemans’’).
