ONC Lawyers has advised Red Solar Capital Limited, the sole sponsor to Jiangsu Horizon Chain Supermarket Company Limited (Stock Code: 2625) on its global offering and listing of H Shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Dealings in the H Shares commenced on 31 March 2025. Jiangsu Horizon Chain Supermarket Company Limited has a market capitalisation of HK$535.6 million at the time of the listing based on 214,246,910 H Shares in issue and an offer price of HK$2.50 per H Share.

Jiangsu Horizon Chain Supermarket Company Limited is a joint stock company incorporated in the PRC. It is a wholesaler of grains and oil headquartered in Yangzhou, with retail operations of supermarkets and convenience stores focusing on the central region of Jiangsu Province under its brand “宏信龍” (in English, “Hongxinlong”).

ONC team was led by Ms. Angel Wong (Partner) with the support from Mr. Paul Lam (Senior Associate) and Ms. Joey Chan (Trainee Solicitor). The listing of Jiangsu Horizon Chain Supermarket Company Limited marked the second successful IPO project of ONC team in the first quarter of 2025 so far.
