ONC has advised Wuxi Sunlit Science and Technology Company Limited (Stock Code: 1289) on its global offering and listing of H shares on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Wuxi Sunlit has a market capitalisation of around $247 million at the time of the listing based on 32,000,000 H shares in issue and an offer price of HK$7.72 per H share.

Wuxi Sunlit is an integrated production solution provider of steel wire products in the PRC. They are principally engaged in the research and development, design, manufacturing, equipment supply, installation, testing, repair and maintenance of production lines for manufacturing steel wire products.
