ONC has advised Lap Kei Engineering (Holdings) Limited (Stock Code: 1690) on its transfer of listing from the Growth Enterprise Market to the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Lap Kei Engineering is principally engaged in the provision of engineering services of building services systems, which are mainly related to the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of MVAC system, electrical system, plumbing and drainage system, and fire services system.

ONC team was led by Raymond Cheung (Partner) and Angel Wong (Partner) with the support from Carman Lam (Associate) and Annie Chau (Associate).
