ONC has advised Zhongtai International Capital Limited, the sponsor to Xingye Wulian Service Group Co. Ltd. (Stock Code: 9916), and the underwriters, on the global offering and listing of shares of Xingye Wulian on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Hong Kong offer shares of Xingye Wulian were over 1,400 times over-subscribed, and Xingye Wulian has a market capitalisation of approximately HK$796 million at the time of listing based on 400,000,000 shares in issue and an offer price of HK$1.99 per share.

Xingye Wulian is a reputable property management service provider in Henan Province of the PRC with a particular focus on offering property management and value-added services for non-residential properties. Its portfolio of properties managed include commercial buildings, governmental buildings, school and industrial park. Xingye Wulian ranked 67 in the Top 100 Property Management Companies in the PRC in 2019.
