ONC has advised Cinda International Capital Limited, the sponsor to Ximei Resources Holding Limited (Stock Code: 9936) on its global offering and listing of shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Ximei Resources has a market capitalisation of HK$669 million at the time of the listing based on 300,000,000 shares in issue and an offer price of HK$2.23 per share.

Ximei Resources is a producer of tantalum- and niobium-based metallurgical products in China.
