ONC has advised Wecon Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1793) on its share offer and listing of shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Wecon Holdings Limited has a market capitalisation of approximately HK$500 million at the time of the listing based on 800,000,000 shares in issue and an offer price of HK$0.625 per share.

Wecon Holdings Limited is a long-established main contractor in Hong Kong which principally engage in the provision of (i) building construction services; and (ii) repair, maintenance, alteration and addition (RMAA) works services.
