ONC has advised Dakin Capital Limited, the sponsor to Tai Kam Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8321) on its placing and listing of shares on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Tai Kam Holdings has a market capitalisation of approximately $280 million at the time of the listing based on 800,000,000 shares in issue and a placing price of HK$0.35 per share.
