ONC has advised Grande Capital Limited, the sponsor to Silver Tide Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1943) on its share offer and listing of shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Silver Tide Holdings has a market capitalisation of $500 million at the time of the listing based on 1,000,000,000 shares in issue and an offer price of HK$0.50 per share.

Silver Tide Holdings is a subcontractor in the construction industry mainly providing formwork works services to both the public and private sectors in Hong Kong.
