ONC has advised Grande Capital Limited, the sponsor to S&T Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3928) on its share offer and listing of shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. S&T Holdings has a market capitalisation of approximately $514 million at the time of the listing based on 480,000,000 shares in issue and an offer price of HK$1.07 per share.
