ONC has advised RaffAello Capital Limited, the sponsor to Royal Catering Group Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 8300) on its placing and listing of shares on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Royal Catering has a market capitalisation of approximately $300 million at the time of the listing based on 2,000,000,000 shares in issue and a placing price of HK$0.15 per share.

Royal Catering is a food and beverage group in Hong Kong operating casual dining restaurants under a portfolio of brands, specialising in operating restaurants at the Hong Kong International Airport.
