ONC has advised Ritamix Global Limited (Stock Code: 1936) on its share offer and listing of shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Ritamix Global Limited has a market capitalisation of HK$500 million at the time of the listing based on 500,000,000 shares in issue and an offer price of HK$1.00 per share.

Ritamix Global Limited principally engages in (i) distribution of animal feed additives and, to a lesser extent, human food ingredients; and (ii) manufacturing of animal feed additives premixes business in Malaysia.
