ONC has advised Reach New Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8471) on its share offer and listing of shares on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Reach New Holdings has a market capitalisation of approximately $240 million at the time of the listing based on 800,000,000 shares in issue and an offer price of HK$0.30 per share.

Reach New Holdings is an established labelling solution provider and a one-stop garment accessories manufacturer and supplier based in China.
