ONC has advised Narnia (Hong Kong) Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 8607) on its share offer and listing of shares on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Narnia Group has a market capitalisation of approximately HK$320 million at the time of the listing based on 800,000,000 shares in issue and an offer price of HK$0.40 per share.

Narnia Group is a China-based company principally involved in the manufacturing and sales of fabric and the provision of printing and dyeing services.
