ONC has advised Janco Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8035) on its placing and listing of shares on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Janco Holdings has a market capitalisation of approximately $246 million at the time of the listing based on 600,000,000 shares in issue and a placing price of HK$0.41 per share.

Janco Holdings is a well-established freight forwarding and logistics one-stop service provider founded and based in Hong Kong, with a strategic focus in Asia.
