Guru Online has a market capitalisation of approximately $416.8 million at the time of the listing based on 1,667,200,000 shares in issue and a placing price of HK$0.25 per share.

Guru Online is an integrated digital marketing service provider in Hong Kong. They are principally engaged in the digital advertisement placement services, social media management services, and creative and technology services.
