ONC has advised Golden Power Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8038) on its placing and listing of shares on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Golden Power has a market capitalisation of approximately $216 million at the time of the listing based on 160,000,000 shares in issue and a placing price of HK$1.35 per share.

Golden Power is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of a broad range of batteries for various electronic devices to the PRC, Hong Kong and international markets both under their own “Golden Power” brand and the brands of their private label and OEM customers.
