ONC has advised CTR Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1416) on its share offer and listing of shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. CTR has a market capitalisation of approximately HK$504 million at the time of the listing based on 1,400,000,000 shares in issue and an offer price of HK$0.36 per share.

CTR is a Singapore-based contractor specialising in structural engineering works (comprising (i) reinforced concrete works which include steel reinforcement works, formwork erection and concrete works; and (ii) precast installation works) and wet architectural works (comprising (i) masonry building works; (ii) plastering and screeding works; (iii) tiling works; and (iv) waterproofing works).
