On 11 October 2022 and 18 October 2022, our Partner Ms. Angel Wong gave two lectures on the Sustainability and Listing Compliance series organised by the Institute of Compliance Officers on the topics of “Intergovernliance, Shareholders & Board Disputes” and “Governance Obligations and Reporting Infrastructure and Failure Avoidance”.

The webinar was well-received and was attended by numerous compliance professionals.
