On 26 June 2025, our Partner Ms Angel Wong attended a conference jointly organized by the Foreign Legal Research Committee of the Shanghai Law Society and Duan and Duan Law Firm on the topic "Party Leadership Guides Foreign-Related Legal Services; Supporting Enterprises' Global Expansion".

In the roundtable discussion on the topic "Critical Compliance Issues and Legal Solutions for Enterprises Global Expansion", Angel and four other guest speakers discussed the compliance challenges, such as in the areas of law, taxation, data, employment and anti-corruption, that are often faced by Chinese enterprises in the course of their global expansion.
