We are pleased to announce that our Partners Ms Angel Wong and Mr Eric Woo have passed the qualifying examination for Hong Kong legal practitioners to practise Mainland laws in the Greater Bay Area. With this qualification, they will be able to advise and practice specified civil and commercial legal matters (including litigation and non-litigation) in the nine mainland cities of the Greater Bay Area upon completion of the admission procedures.

Ms Wong specializes in corporate finance and Mr Woo specializes in litigation and arbitration. With the newly added qualification, our firm’s capability to offer one-stop full legal services in both Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area is strengthened. The additional capability will provide further support  to our existing representative office in Shanghai. We are committed to continuously expanding our presence in China. Looking forward we also actively explore more opportunities for collaborations and partnerships with Mainland law firms.
