On May 14, 2025, our Managing Partner Mr Sherman Yan delivered an engaging seminar hosted by the Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA) on the topic “Can INEDs be held liable for the wrongful acts of EDs?” 

The seminar, conducted in hybrid mode, attracted both in-person attendees and online participants. Under the adept moderation of Mr Terence Chiu, President of HKiNEDA, Sherman shared his expertise and insights on the topic. He captivated the audience and inspired vibrant discussions by highlighting the crucial responsibilities of independent non-executive directors in today’s corporate landscape. The seminar was well-received by the participants.
