On 25 July 2017, our Managing Partner Mr Sherman Yan and our partner Mr Dominic Wai gave a seminar for members of the Accounting Development Foundation and the Institute of Accountants in Management on “How to deal with the 3 “C’s” when they come knocking – An overview of the dawn raid and investigative powers of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Competition Commission (CC) and practical tips on dealing with them”.
