On 22 October 2016, our Partner Mr Nelson Ho attended the “From Crowd Funding to P2P” seminar organised by, among others, Greater China Financial Professionals Association. During the seminar, Mr Ho shared his view on legal issues and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong in relation to crowd funding and P2P funding with the audience.

Greater China Financial Professionals Association is established by banking and finance professionals from the four jurisdictions of Greater China and its members are mainly executives of banking and financial institutions and listed companies.
