On 22 September 2020, our Partner Mr Michael Szeto, along with Ms Caroline Berube of HJM Asia Law & Co LLC (Mainland China and Singapore), Mr Daniel Morris of HHG Legal Group (Australia) and Mr Lee Lipu of Formosan Brothers (Taiwan), all members of the International Society of Primerus Law Firms, presented a webinar for members of the Association of Corporate Counsel on the topic of “Challenges in International Business” and discussed contractual, employment, negotiation and cultural challenges in international business, and the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic.
