On 19 September 2024, our Partner Mr Michael Szeto gave a presentation as one of the speakers in the webinar organised by the Association of Corporate Counsel for its members on the topic "Protecting the Company from Departing Employees: The FTC, Non-competes, Trade Secrets, and Where We Go from Here". The other 3 speakers were lawyers from the US. It was well-received by more than 50 attendees.
