On 27 August 2024, our Partner Mr Michael Szeto gave a talk organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers for its Talent Development Networking Group on the topic “Employment Law Uncovered: Critical Knowledge for HR Professionals”. Topics covered included (i) managing employees lawfully; (ii) anti-discrimination policies and practices; and (iii) record retention guidelines and privacy considerations. It was well-received by more than 40 attendees from over 25 banks.
