On 7 May 2020, our Partner Mr Michael Szeto and our Senior Associate Mr Hugo Suen gave a webinar on “Regulatory Actions and Investigation against Listed Companies and their Officers” for the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. As one of the corporate governance series, the webinar illustrated the related legal assurance and methods in tackling the investigations of SEHK and SFC. It was well received by about 110 attendees.
