Our Senior Partner Mr Ludwig Ng will conduct a webinar organized by the In-House Lawyers Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong on “Personal Liabilities of Directors and Officers of Insolvent Companies” on 3 June 2021 (Thursday) at 1-2 pm as part of their In-House Lawyers Training Programme 2021.

Topics of the webinar will include introduction of possible criminal, civil and regulatory liabilities directors and officers could be held liable when a company winds up; highlight the risk areas; and explanation of the relevant legal principles, to prepare directors and officers when faced with their company’s insolvency.
